HMSDC?s Strategic Teaming Alliance Committee (STAC) is facilitating a introductory workshop that will provide MBEs the fundamentals of forming alliances.  This is the first of a 4 stage curriculum developed by STAC for MBEs to  increase capacity and gain a competitive edge.
